Saqib Saleem Proud of Sister Huma Qureshi’s Role in ‘Baby Do Die Do’

Actor Saqib Saleem shared a sweet post on social media to praise his sister Huma Qureshi for her powerful role in her upcoming film “Baby Do Die Do.”

Today is Huma’s birthday, and to make it special, Saqib released the teaser of her new film. He wrote a heartfelt message saying that he has seen Huma fully live and feel the character she plays.

Sharing the teaser on Instagram, Saqib wrote:


“Huma, it’s your birthday today, and the universe made sure the world sees the ‘Baby Do Die Do’ teaser today. Yes, we shared a secret link before, but not everyone got it. This time, it’s official. Big screen. Big scale. Big risk. And you’re at the heart of it, owning every moment. I’ve watched you live this role—from the madness to the quiet. You didn’t just act—you became this film.”

He added, “As a producer, I know how hard it was to make this movie. But as your brother, I’m simply proud and amazed. Happy Birthday, Huma. You never needed loud words to make an impact. And now the whole world is watching. So proud of you. Love, Saqib.”

About the Teaser

In the teaser, Huma plays Baby Karmarkar, said to be India’s first female assassin. The teaser starts with a scene of her in a parking lot, creating a mysterious vibe. Two men are seen discussing Baby, who has gone missing. Then, Huma appears with a rifle, looking serious and dangerous.

About the Film

‘Baby Do Die Do’ is a dark comedy—a film that mixes humour with serious and emotional moments. It stars Huma Qureshi, Chunky Panday, and Sikandar Kher.

This is also the first film from the Saleem Siblings production house, started by Saqib and Huma together.
