Chennai, Aug 22 — Director Pari Elavazhagan's feel good romantic entertainer 'Anbe Diana', featuring Pari Elavazhagan and Ramya Ranganathan in the lead, will now have its OTT release on August 28 this year.
The film, after winning the hearts of theatrical audiences with its refreshing take on love, family and cultural differences, is to be streamed on the OTT platform Sony LIV from August 28.
Set against the vibrant backdrop of Perambur in Chennai, 'Anbe Diana' follows a conservative young man whose world takes an unexpected turn when he falls in love with a free-spirited Anglo-Indian girl. As two contrasting worlds come together, what follows is a charming and chaotic journey filled with love, laughter, family expectations and the complexities of finding your own voice.
Written, directed by and starring Pari Elavazhagan, alongside Ramya Ranganathan in the lead, the film explores the challenges of love across cultural and family boundaries with a light-hearted and relatable touch. The film has also drawn praise for its performances, with Ramya Ranganathan being described as “pure magic” on screen.
