
Riders from Mumbai’s Amateur Riders’ Club (ARC)—Yash Nensee, Stasya Pandya, Yashaan Khambatta, Anaya Vazirani, and Niharika Singhania—put on an impressive show at the Equestrian Premier League (EPL) 2025, held at Embassy International Riding School (EIRS), Bengaluru, from July 25 to 27.
The competition saw participation from over 130 riders representing equestrian clubs from across India.
Strong Showing Across Events
On Saturday, Stasya Pandya, riding Jisamer, placed second in the Children’s Dressage category with a score of 61.842%. Teammate Anaya Vazirani, on Ferry, followed close behind in third with 61.578%.
In the Sub-Junior Show Jumping (80–90cm) class, Stasya again impressed, finishing fifth in the 90cm round with a clear round in 40.21 seconds.
In the 130cm Show Jumping, Yashaan Khambatta, riding Lord, clinched gold with a dominant round. Yash Nensee, on D’Amour du Nénuphar, finished third, despite a four-penalty round.
In the Open Dressage, Anaya returned with Ferry to place fourth, adding to her consistent performance.
Sunday Highlights
On Sunday, Yash Nensee bounced back to win first place in the 135cm Show Jumping, delivering a flawless round with D’Amour du Nénuphar. Niharika Singhania (Sir Lancelot) and Yashaan Khambatta (Lord) tied for second, showcasing ARC’s depth in the higher divisions.

Reflecting on his successful weekend, Yash Nensee, also a finalist at the 2023 Asian Games, said:
“It’s been a rewarding journey with D’Amour du Nénuphar. Competing in our first Indian show this June and winning the 1.30m was special. Now, finishing third in the 1.30m and winning the 1.35m this month shows her consistency and heart. It’s exciting to see Indian riders and horses gaining international recognition.”
